Statistics & weekly report

#What is counted

ZoneBuddy counts how many messages are written – per day, hour, channel and member – as well as minutes in voice chat. Content is never stored. Daily values are deleted automatically after 400 days.

#Statistics in the dashboard

Dashboard → Statistics. Choose the time span at the top (24 h to 1 year):

• Messages per day as a trend, plus active members and voice hours
• Member growth: joins, leaves, net
• Most active channels and most active members in the selected time span
• Messages by hour in your server’s time zone – great for planning events
• Export CSV: all daily values for Excel or Google Sheets

#Weekly report

At the bottom of the statistics page, turn it on under Report and choose the channel, weekday and time. The bot then posts every week:

• messages (compared with the previous week) and active members
• voice hours, joins and leaves, moderation cases
• the most active hour and the top 5 members and channels

The preview shows you beforehand what the report would look like for the last 7 days.
