#Embed builder

Dashboard → Embeds. On the left you design the message (title, text, color, images, fields), on the right you see live how it looks in Discord. Mentions in the text are shown but don’t ping anyone.

• Multiple embeds: up to 10 in one message – add them via “+ Embed” and switch between them at the top.
• Link buttons: up to 5 below the message, each with text, link (https://) and optionally an emoji – e.g. “🌐 Website” or “▶️ YouTube”.
• Upload images: next to image and thumbnail, upload an image directly (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 2 MB; large images are resized automatically) or pick one from My images. Uploaded images are publicly accessible via their link – like images in Discord.
• Templates: ready-made templates for Rules, Announcement, Event and Links – or save your current message with “Save as template” (up to 25).

#Edit a sent message

In Discord, copy the link of a message from ZoneBuddy (right-click → Copy Message Link), paste it at the top and click Load. Make changes, then Update – the message is changed directly in Discord without being reposted.

#Sticky messages

With Delivery → Sticky, a message always stays at the bottom of the channel – handy for rules in chat or notes in the support or application channel. After new messages, ZoneBuddy deletes the old one and reposts it: only after 5 seconds of quiet and at most every 15 seconds, so it isn’t annoying in a busy chat. One sticky message per channel, up to 10 per server; the list is below the builder (edit or remove).

#Schedule messages

Under Delivery you choose:

• Send now – goes out immediately.
• Schedule once – at a specific time, e.g. the announcement for the event on Saturday at 8 PM.
• Repeat – daily, weekly (choose the weekday) or monthly (day 1–28) at a fixed time, e.g. “Every Monday 9:00: start of the week”.

Plain text without an embed can be scheduled too – with all embeds and buttons. All times apply in your server’s time zone (Settings).

Under Scheduled messages you see the next delivery and how often it has been sent. Use the switch to pause or resume, and the pencil to edit. If a delivery fails (e.g. missing permissions in the channel), the reason is shown right there.

#Reminders

Every member can set reminders for themselves – by direct message or with here in the channel:

• /reminder new in:2h text:Take the pizza out of the oven
• Duration e.g. 30m, 2h, 1d or combined 1d 12h – up to one year.
• /reminder list shows your open reminders, /reminder delete number:2 removes one.

Each person can have up to 10 reminders open at the same time.
